Bess of the Bess was founded on a simple belief — what brings people together is a great show that remains central to their identity. A performance of a lifetime that helps shape tomorrow's future. Our own Civic Improvement Association. From our office at 1350 Sixth Avenue we keep a small, deliberate roster of musicians, DJs, magicians, comedians and variety performers, each held to the same bar: would we invite them to our own table?

We'll cater to weddings beneath coffered ceilings, brand premieres in raw industrial lofts, and intimate salons where a single cellist held the room still. The thread between them isn't a genre — it's care, the kind you learn when you grow up in a place where everybody knows your name.

We work end-to-end: artist selection, contracts, riders, soundcheck, arrival, and the small, invisible cues that make a performance feel inevitable rather than scheduled. When you call, you get a person — not a queue.
