Elizabeth Lemma.
Elizabeth founded Bess of the Bess on a simple belief — that an evening's entertainment is not a line item but the story the room will retell over coffee the next morning. She keeps a small, deliberate roster of musicians, DJs, magicians, comedians and variety performers, each held to the same bar: would she invite them to her own table?
